Improving our energy levels is complicated, but so worthwhile. To make improvements we need to break down each of the major elements; diet, sleep, movement, caffeine & alcohol and stress. Then to make practical steps to improve our energy levels, we address and optimize the variables relevant to each of us. A complicated matter gets a whole lot less intimidating when you have a clear and simple plan. We have three chiropractors with neurological expertise to teach this session.

Improving our sleep is a brilliant investment of effort. It improves our lives inside and out. But how exactly do we approach improving this natural, complicated phenomenon? 

Methodologically.

We break down each internal and external environmental factor and help participants make highly practical personalized checklists to use to fix or optimize their sleep. Taught by Dr. Jonas Eyford.

Ergonomics Assessor Training

Our comprehensive training curriculum for Ergonomics Assessments was developed based on leading research from Cornell University, the World Health Organization, and the insights of our clinical consultants – PhD biomechanists, ergonomists and chiropractors. 

Participants learn the 40 principle elements of the Recharge Ergonomic Assessment, and practice the skills required to record and communicate the results.

Trainees must meet the pre-requisite educational requirements and must pass the practical examination at the end of the course to receive their certificate.
